Live Reading at the Museum of the Home, London

I was pleasantly surprised to hear from museum curator Anna Nyugen, at the Museum of the Home in London. She has a specific role and heart to bring more East Asian representation across the museum. She recently came across my picture book "Winter Melon Story" and was so moved by it, that it became part of the source for inspiration for a light installation at the museum, designed by award winning lighting designer Jessica Hung Han Yun. The Museum of the Home in London will be doing a live reading of my picture book 'Winter Melon Story' with hot chocolate this Friday where it opens to the public in their Switch On event this Friday, November 5th. For London friends and those traveling there the next few months, stop by to take a look at this installation.

This Fall season always brings me to think about the warmth of my Poh Poh's winter melon soup. See here my blog post about it after my picture book 'Winter Melon Story' was released.
